Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Refunds cannot be issued for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging. Atlantic Healthline FZC reserves the right to refuse refunds if these conditions are not met. -
Process:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the initial purchase. For credit card transactions, refunds will be issued to the same credit card. All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the product remains sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging, and only in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect. Please notify our customer service team and return the item in its original packaging. Where eligible, we will aim to replace or refund the product. Returns will only be accepted for products that are sealed, untampered with, and in their original packaging.
If all conditions are met, please ship the product to us using a registered courier service. A full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Atlantic Healthline FZC reserves the right to refuse any returned shipments that do not meet the stated requirements.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
